Every business needs a plan. A business plan is nothing more than thinking through your whole business aspects and writing it all down. The business plan covers the basics so that you have a clear idea of what your business will look like and how you plan to grow it. 

The business plan should at least cover the follows:

• What business are you in? What do you want to sell? and who will be your customers?
• Write down the product categories and list the sources where you can buy those products.
• What is unique about your business? 
• What is your profit margin per sale? What's your target number of dollars per week? 
• Sales channels

If you have no idea with above questions, try to brainstorm with people around you.
